Acceptance criteria

• The app exposes clear local audio/video recording controls in the relevant workflow.
• Recording remains browser-local and does not imply external streaming or cloud storage.
• Permission, active, stopped, and unavailable states are visible to the user.
• Add or update browser/UI test coverage for the relevant user flow.
• Solution tests pass before the issue is marked ready for user verification.

Implemented and pushed to main in commit 5cf1aa1.

What changed:

• Added a dedicated Local recording control block in the Go Live Stream tab.
• Exposed separate Video and Audio local recording buttons/statuses that drive the browser-local MediaRecorder path.
• The controls show stopped, recording, and unavailable states, plus explicit browser-local/no stream/no cloud copy.
• Added component and browser coverage for toggling recording through the local controls and verifying state transitions.
